Drop anbox

Administrator requested to merge drop-anbox into master

Waydroid works better than anbox, and anbox-image keeps failing to build as in theory the bundled f-droid version needs to be upgraded more frequently than we do.

I've already dropped it in v21.12, so the failing anbox-image package doesn't block completing the initial build for x86_64.
