pine64-pinephonepro: upgrade kernel to 5.16.0

Administrator requested to merge pine64-pinephonepro-enhancement into master

This moves the kernel to the one on the pine64-org/linux Gitlab org. This kernel is (will) be shared with other distributions and is a common base we can all rely on. It enables Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, the battery indicator and charging, rotation, modem and other things.
