linux-odroid-hc2: add patches for CVE-2021-39685

  • Upgrade from 5.15.5 to 5.15.7
  • Add patches for CVE-2021-39685

I could upgrade myself to 5.15.8 or later, but close-to-mainline upstream doesn't have it yet. I would prefer to follow upstream as that's easier.

Needs to be backported to v21.12 stable, see https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/issues/1346.
