Draft: samsung-i9070: Update arch to armv7

Trying to update arch to armv7 but after flashing kernel with heimdall isorec-method

heimdall flash --Kernel2 /tmp/postmarketOS-export/initramfs --Kernel /tmp/postmarketOS-export/vmlinuz --no-reboot

Device stuck at boot screen. Maximum attention hook didn't help.

Trying to compile the kernel with gcc8 instead of gcc6 to see if it boots. Unfortunately compilation fails with warnings but I can't find any error in the logs :,(
