This upgrades sxmo to 1.6.1, which is a minor release for postmarketOS v21.12.

Basically this PR only updates the version numbers so they are equal to sxmo-utils, which is the actual upgrade in the following Alpine MR: https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/merge_requests/28921

Important note: Only merge this after the the above has been merged!
