device-xiaomi-daisy: Move mkbootimg to common dependencies

When I split the downstream and mainline kernel into subpackages in commit ba429d4f I forgot to add mkbootimg to the downstream dependencies.

Fix this by moving it back to the common device dependencies. Fixes https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/issues/1367
