temp/gnome-clocks: remove fork

Administrator requested to merge v21.12-gnome-clocks into v21.12

Alpine aports 3.15 has a newer version of gnome-clocks AND is has the backgrounding patch... so this fork should have been removed once those were added upstream in aports but it was missed.
