main/postmarketos-ui-mate: add "gvfs" and "mate-tweak"

Administrator requested to merge mate_add_gvfs_mate-tweak into master

gvfs makes the trash can accsessible.

mate-tweak allows to disable/enable desktop icons and some other tweak stuff.
