main/linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8974: upgrade to 5.16.0

Some patches from bam-dmux patchset (mobile internet on 8916/8974) have landed upstream. Therefore, diffstat from our kernel fork to mainline reduced even further.

Other than that, completely no changes compared to 5.15.x kernel. Boring upgrade.

Tested by me on samsung-klte (full reflash) and lg-hammerhead (upgrade existing install using apk upgrade -a). Works absolutely the same as previous kernel.
