Catching up on what @steamport has done in !66 (closed), this is my WIP MR to add Google Pixel (XL) support (sailfish and marlin).

This is based on v16 of the LineageOS kernel branch; mainlining can happen later.
Currently, this remains untested on real hardware. I'll have time for that in the next day or so.
