main/postmarketos-mkinitfs: basic support for btrfs

Enables support for btrfs root volumes as a part of Make it possible to roll back upgrades

Should not be merged before postmarketos-mkinitfs MR17 is accepted, as that enables resizing the btrfs root volume.
