Backport swayidle

Administrator requested to merge backport-swayidle into v21.12

This is a followup of : https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/issues/1344#note_811838796

swayidle released 1.7.1. This version bring a simple fix that sxmo will start to rely on very soon. (swayidle forked commands was not killeable)

If a user run a pmos service pack and try to update sxmo with sxmo-build it will run a non fixed yet swayidle and his sxmo DE will be very broken. We'd like to avoid those cases as much as possible.
