temp/gnome-software-plugin-apk: new aport

Follow-up of !2879 (closed)

This needs a fork because of the different way in which abuild and pmbootstrap handle dependencies. I am reluctant to do the change upstream, as upstream is working without issues and we could potentially get rid of GS fork in upcoming GNOME 42. So doing a change upstream for a temporary downstream issue does not seem like the way to go for me.
