Sxmo 1.8.2 Release USE FOR PMOS SERVICE PACK 2

This version of sxmo-sway fixes this issue:

It's been in alpine edge and has been tested for at least 4 days and users have not found any issues:

It was decided by sxmo maintainers that this is a major issue and a minor code fix so it's safe to merge outside of a service pack. See: #1390 (closed) for instructions from ollie.
