main/postmarketos-mkinitfs-hook-netboot: Use deviceinfo to determine rootfs sector size if set

This resolves an issue with netboot for many android devices that use a non-default "deviceinfo_rootfs_image_sector_size" property value. It tells nbd-client what sector size to use when connecting to the configured network block device. Without this change, the partitions are unmountable.
