main/postmarketos-ui-plasma-mobile: lock screen on boot

As requested by the upstream project, and only makes sense tbh.

While touching this file anyway I changed the ordering of the install statement to be easier to update in the future when the same command will install multiple files to the same location, like in /etc/xdg right now.
