samsung-j6primelte: fix broken brightness script and update maintainer email

This PR fixes the brightness script, and also updates my email in the maintainer comments.

I changed only the pkgver in the device package, since the other packages don't contain any changes other than that one comment. LMK if I should change the pkgrel in those. Static lint fails if I don't.
