Draft: fxtec-qx1000: new device

Woo! The modern keyboard phone device support is finally here.

This will not work with the SDM662 Pro1 and only works with MSM8998, so don't hold your breath for now if you just bought one.

The touch screen is quite unusable for now due to some hacky sw workaround doesn't exist on mainline, so this needs to be fixed.

how's about moving this to a common soc-qcom-msm8998 package and having the pro1 and OnePlus 5 depend on it? well hopefully have more msm8998 devices showing up in the future so this makes it easier for them too. cc @deathmist
