WIP: xiaomi-santoni: upgraded kernel to 3.18.137, added firmware files and fixed splash screen, x11.

No we're not going to sign Lancer in this commit.

  • Rebased android-linux-stable/msm-3.18, from kernel 3.18.136 to 3.18.137.
  • Fixed splash screen, now display pmOS bootscreen properly (no more "postma" screen).
  • X11 has mode initialization error, and that is also fixed in this commit.
  • Firmware files are added for WLAN, Wi-Fi now works out of the box, awesome!
