Draft: samsung-s5neolte: new device (Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo)

Administrator requested to merge s5neolte into master

Kernel build is failing for now because of undeclared functions.

I only took

  • lineageos_s5neolte_defconfig

as kernel config from here but I guess I'll need to mix/combine some of the defconfigs as it was necessary for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Maybe someone can help out which defconfigs I have to use 😄
