espresso3g: Remove PowerVR support

Administrator requested to merge espresso into master

As discussed in #1316 (closed), this MR removes support of PowerVR GPU from the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. We now use pure mainline with a few patches to add support for this device 🎉
