device-xiaomi-santoni: get rid of vibrator script and hybris ref

Administrator requested to merge santoni-novibra into master

The charging script does nothing other than annoy a few people, so get rid of it.

While at it, let's remove hybris reference from the APKBUILD as hybrisOS is dead.
