samsung-serranolte: fix zero host MAC

Currently USB network device has no MAC address set by default, which can be fixed by manually assigning it each time one wants to connect to the phone via ssh.

Fix this by using 04-usb_gadget-set-random-rndis-host-MAC-address-to-prev.patch
