Administrator requested to merge mate_xfce4_blueman into master

Adding bluez to "depends" in order to enable bluetooth service (doesn't work on packages in "_pmb_recommends").

Adding blueman to "_pmb_recommends" to allow uninstallation by the user.

Evaluated in #1465 (closed), summary at #1465 (comment 900236638).

The way this MR is set up, "bluetooth" service will be enabled also on existing installations, whereas blueman will get installed on new installations only. This is due to different handling of bluez and blueman as described above.
