temp/gnome-software-plugin-apk: update plugin and requirements

This will the latest 41 upgrade. I am posting it here basically for syncing with upstream, but not sure it this is super important. Hopefully there will be a 42 release soon. Changes:

• Fixed a bug in upgrades, that were not working well previously
• Added tests
• Reworked refine and fixed some bugs upstream. This means, that the refine is now much more robust and less prone to failure. That also means that it is more likely for people to get empty "install" pages, since the refine will try to run until the end, likely timing out more often than it already happened before. This will only be fixed after the move to 42 and implementation of async refine.

@dylanvanassche, since I want to know if you think it is a good idea to update or rather wait for your changes to be in.
