device-samsung-coreprimevelte: make device booting

Administrator requested to merge coreprimevelte-uboot-fix into master

On the samsung-coreprimevelte, the kernel in boot.img must be an U-Boot image and its name has to be a specific string (pxa1928dkb linux). This MR allows the device to boot without manually patching the bootimage.

Relevant once boot-deploy!11 (merged) is merged.
