motorola-lux: changed arch from armhf to armv7

Administrator requested to merge motorola-lux-armv7 into master

Changed the architecture for Moto X Play to armv7 following instructions from the wiki. I have tested by building a zip and flashing this to the phone and everything seems to work well.
