Administrator requested to merge feature/libinput-debug into master

This adds a new package to include the libinput program in the initfs which allows to debug libinput device handling in concert with the debug shell hook. I've found this to be needed during debugging unl0kr in the initfs. If there's a better way to get additional files into the initfs, I'm happy to be educated. 🙂

To test, run

pmbootstrap install --add "postmarketos-mkinitfs-files-libinput,postmarketos-mkinitfs-hook-debug-shell"

and verify that you can execute e.g. libinput list-devices in the debug shell (output may be empty).
