linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8974: upgrade to 5.18.1

Administrator requested to merge msm8974-5.18 into master

Tested on FP2 and hammerhead.

After some further testing (and maybe rebasing on some stable tag like 5.18.1) we can create a tag in the kernel repo and merge here.
