main/tizen-mkdzimage: new aport

Administrator requested to merge work-tizen-mkdzimage into master

Adds Tizen's mkdzimage for generating the bootable image. All Tizen devices are using the same dzImage format regardless of the used processor. As Samsung switched to the shell script version from the C code, I imported the script from the Tizen kernel repository. The script itself does not contain any license notice, so I left license unknown at this moment. (I think it should be the same as Linux kernel though)

This is also conducted as a part of !3234 (merged).
