With this, Wi-Fi almost works, (wlan0 and p2p0 devices appear) but several more actions are needed to bring it online:
since driver is built in, we need to "re-init" it using deferred initcalls mechanism (cat /proc/deferred_initcalls). This is normally done by Android init, see init.sec.boot.sh#L4, but can also be done manually or by openRC init script.
change wpa_supplicant config to explicitly use wlan0 (-iwlan0) as device (it autodetects p2p0 otherwise).
These configs will be part of device package, I think.
