Update init_functions.sh to accept an option to disable splash.

main/postmarketos-mkinitfs/init_functions.sh: Update init_functions.sh to accept an option to disable splash.

This commit adds the option for a nosplash argument (PMOS_NOSPLASH) to be added to the kernal cmdline.

This is helpful if users want to have their logs display on the devices screen it will need the framebuffer enabled but the splash disabled.
