Oneplus 3T: add support for device with Samsung S6E3FA5 panel

This MR adds kernel variants to support Oneplus 3T with Samsung S6E3FA5 panel (in addition to currently supported S6E3FA3). Should be merged in sync with per panel dts MR in msm8996-mainline https://gitlab.com/msm8996-mainline/linux/-/commit/84172e6abe60e4765933a8e8355a82d588a9f816 so the dts filenames will match.

PS. we are also working on lk2nd based solution to support multiple panels with single dts and device package. msm8996 lk2nd is currently experimental and we plan to start using it when it is released.
