PinePhone improvements

• Moved more PinePhone related kernel stuff to the upstream
• Added cma=256M so the CSI subsystem doesn't throw out-of-memory errors when capturing at higher than 1280x720 resolutions (but it still hangs)
• Removed a lot of modules that get compiled for DVB tuners after enableing the camera stuff.
