Drop rx-51 patches from xkeyboard-config

Administrator requested to merge drop-rx51-keyboard into master

Remove all N900-specific keyboard mappings in xkeyboard-config.

This commit should be not be merged unless/until !3430 (merged) is also merged, to ensure N900 users still have a somewhat useful keyboard mapping at all times
