cross/gcc-*: upgrade to 12.1.1_git20220630-r6 (MR 3464)
Sync all gcc-* packages with Alpine and add libstdc++-dev-$arch
as a subpackage because g++-$arch
now depends on it.
This merge request will also fix this issue:
