device-kobo-clara: add mesa-dri-gallium dep

Administrator requested to merge kobo-mesa into master

Mesa behaves again, #1658 (closed) is fixed, so lets re-revert MR 3306. Lets also add the dependency to the other devices using the same graphics driver.
