Draft: lomiri/*: bump versions and rebase on master

NOTE: I had to skip a commit (some linux-postmarketos-allwinner change) while rebasing. Probably won't apply cleanly.

Also: I dropped the mesa fork, as I wasn't able to build it.

pmbootstrap qemu on amd64 works (well it did before i misused git a little bit).
