This merge request adds support for Xiaomi POCO X3 NFC (xiaomi-surya) and a mainline kernel for Qualcomm Snapdragon 730/730G/732G (SM7150).

For some weird reason, Phosh crashes with SimpleDRM enabled. Since other UIs work fine, I left deviceinfo_gpu_accelerated enabled. This is most likely some issue with Phosh and not the kernel.

Current status for the phone and the SoC can be seen on their wiki pages: Xiaomi POCO X3 NFC (xiaomi-surya) and Qualcomm Snapdragon 730/730G/732G (SM7150). We also have a mainlining guide for SM7150 here.
