linux-chuwi-hi10plus: fixed pwm lpss backlight

This is follow-up merge request to backlight as mentioned in the Matrix channel. I've tested it with xbacklight, works fine. However doesn't work with XFCE4 Power Manager (backlight slider does show, but doesn't do anything), but that's probably something going on at the XFCE side.
