device-samsung-t03g & t0lte: update alsa ucm config

Changed the mixer config of both Note II's.

A brief changelog:

• Changed section names, comments.
• Added: Earpiece, Headphones and Headset Microphone.
• Added priorities to the devices.
• Added jack detection.

Is this ucm config complete? Can you try to get it upstreamed to https://github.com/alsa-project/alsa-ucm-conf?

Given the fact that this does not introduce a new config, rather updates the current one, and it was submitted upstream (upstream is slow, but that's nothing we can do about), it has my approval. Maybe consider pinging the upstream maintainer?
