Add nokia-sparkler & nokia-leo, use msm8916-mainline kernel for nokia-argon and add msm8909 modem support

Now that msm8909 support has been merged into msm8916-mainline, drop the linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8909 kernel and change nokia-argon to use linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8916.

Add new ports for the Nokia 8000 4G (nokia-sparkler) and Nokia 6300 4G (nokia-leo), which already have a device tree in linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8916.

Also add a patch to rmtfs and a soc-qcom-msm8909-modem package with startup scripts that make the modem work on these devices.
