linux-postmarketos-exynos5: update to 6.1.7

Administrator requested to merge exynos5-v6.1 into master

Tested on odroid-xu4 and samsung-klimtwifi.

Sidenote: there is a bug in u-boot 2023.01 that causes a bootloop on odroid devices when building with odroid_defconfig. I am guessing odroid-hc2 will have the same issue, have you upgraded and ran into it @dylanvanassche?
