Administrator requested to merge min-bootdeploy into master 
Explicitly depend on the version that allowed mounting with UUIDs, so we
can soon set this explicit dependency for devices that now make use of
this feature.

Dependency chain:
  device package
  -> postmarketos-base
    -> postmarketos-mkinitfs
      -> boot-deploy
