WIP: enlightenment/*: new user interface

Administrator requested to merge feature/enlightenment into master

Enlightenment seems to be a good interface for stylus, but it's also the best looking.

@asriel-danctnix currently got EFL and Bullet to compile with tslib support. The desktop itself is in progress.
