main/postmarketos-ui-gnome-mobile: add GS APK plugin to pmb_recommends
I will submit a follow-up MR to aports removing the install_if of APK plugin to GNOME Software, since we might have a use for it (flatpak apps, but system managed through apk command line). Therefore, adding the plugin to the pmb_recommends (therefore, not pkgrel bump).
There is a problem though, since it being in pmb_recommends, users relying in GNOME Sofware (potentially very few of them, since it's working like crap until very recently?) will not get the APK plugin installed, and will have to do manually. We will certainly also have this issue on the next major version upgrade. The only solution I can think of is adding Software to depends?
