linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8994: upgrade to 6.3.0-rc5

Administrator requested to merge linux-msm8994/6.1.12 into master

NOTE: there is still problem with zram, any idea how to fix it? Which encryption should be used? Also which other check should I enable? UPDATE: zram issue fixed, also problems with ssh => ready to be merged.
