main/postmarketos-bootsplash: launch on shutdown
The excellent new splashscreen of @calebccff looks great, so I made some small improvements to make it even shine more:
- Hide Tux logos for SDM845
- Show a splashscreen on shutdown as well instead of a blank screen.
