linux-postmarketos-exynos4: add V=1 to build

Administrator requested to merge fix-exynos4-timeout into master

This should fix the failure on bpo: https://builds.sr.ht/~postmarketos/job/948827#task-pmbootstrap_build-462

Fix the build running silently, and running into the timeout for not
printing anything for a long time.
