various alsa-ucm-conf: move from temp

Similar to https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/3135. Another benefit of this that wasn't mentioned in that MR is that when we fork stable releases we don't get these packages that won't be used by any device on those releases anyway.
